Ethan Colclasure
Owner
Ethan grew up in Alpharetta, GA, and attended the University of Georgia where he met his wife, Ashley, a local counselor. Ashley and Ethan were married in 2008 and now live in the Belle Meade area of Nashville with their three daughters. They look forward to continuing to put down roots in their community and expand their businesses.
Marianna (MAY) Weaver
Spec Home Project Manager, Design Assistant, and Operations Manager
Marianna has been with Colclasure Co since 2020. She assists project managers with custom client meetings, selections, ordering, and scheduling. She is a constant point of contact for all of our clients throughout the building process, as well as after clients have moved in, and hopes to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. She also manages and designs our spec homes.
Marianna is a native Nashvillian, and when not working she loves to craft, cook and host.
ALEX VANDERFORD
Custom Home Project Manager
Alex is originally from Muscle Shoals, AL, and graduated from the University of Tennessee Southern, where he played baseball on scholarship for four years. He has spent the last 4 years in Nashville working and expanding his knowledge in the construction industry.
After undergrad, Alex worked in the pool construction field where he grew his love for the construction process. He is excited to walk with his clients from the beginning of their project all the way to the end. In his free time, Alex enjoys intramural baseball, hanging out with friends, and live country music.
